Our Policy
Everyone's time is valuable. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hour's notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. In the case of NO CALL NO SHOW  on the day of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you for understanding.
